Alice Aud

Born and reared in Savannah, Alice Aud moved to Screven County in the summer of 1974.  She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in 1978 and Teacher Certification in 1990, both from Georgia Southern.  She earned a Masters degree in 1980 from Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, National Board Certification in 2003, and an Education Specialist from Lincoln Memorial University in 2004. Additionally she was voted Teacher of the Year in 1995 by the middle school faculty where she works and was awarded the WTOC Top Teacher in 1999.


While she has lived and worked in major cities in both Kentucky and Louisiana during the late 1970ís and 80ís her home has always been here in Georgia.  In 1989, Alice moved back to the state and has been here ever since.  She has worked at Screven County Middle School since 1990 joining the faculty at Covenant Bible Institute in 2006.


Alice finds great pleasure and comfort living and working among family and friends.   Her hobbies include kayaking and DIY / HGTV.  All her free time is currently being spent working on her dissertation.
